in Pakistan, as well as one of the largest multinationals operating
in the country.

To maintain their level of excellence they are always looking for
people with extraordinary dynamism who could deliver desirable results
in market place.Unilever’s Campus Drive initiative ,called U CAREERS,
is an another innovative step of unilever to achieve the best possible
outcomes, and to inform the students of colleges and universities
about the carreer oppertunities in Unilever.
Unilever Campus Drive consists of three stages:
1. On-Campus Day
2. On-Campus Testing
3. On-Campus Interviews
On 13th February, 2007
Hamdard University in conjunction with Unilever Pakistan organized
a half day U-Career event for the students of BBA and MBA classes
of Faculty of Management Sciences.
In the first phase of this program the current Unilever
Managers gave a corporate presentation in which students learn about
careers with Unilever Pakistan Limited.
The presentation was followed by a question & answer session.Studendts
asked various questions about the trainnig programs, recruiting procedures
and future prospects.
In the next phase a certificate workshop was conducted
by Rahila Narejo (CEO, N.H.R) on “Interviewing Skills”.In this pahse
students were very well briefed about how to market theirselves, how
to make the best use of their potentials, how they should prepare
themselves for an interview, what are the important qualities that
an employer seeks in a cadidate and how a candidate should respond
to different kind of questions with the help of a sample questionnaire.
Students very actively participated in this interesting phase.
In the end students filled a feedback form in which they gave their
opinions and suggestion about the program.
