Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences:

POST		QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
1.	Assistant Professor/ Senior Registrar	M.B.,B.S. or equivalent Medical Qualifications recognized / registered by PM&DC., D.Sc., Ph.D., F.C.P.S., M.S., M.D., M.Phil. (Pak) (in respective basic subjects), F.C.P.S., M.D., M.S., (related clinical subjects) or equivalent qualifications recognized/registered by P.M & D.C. Teaching experience in the relevant subject shall be preferred. Credit shall be given to original published research work in the standard medical journal as approved by PM&DC. FCPS/M.D/M.S in related clinical subjects may be eligible for appointment as an Assistant Professor in basic subject as last priority in exigency. Or M.B.,B.S. or equivalent Medical Qualifications recognized / registered by PM&DC. Postgraduate diploma in respective subject recognized by the PMDC. Three years teaching experience as Lecturer before or after postgraduate qualification is essential. Credit shall be given to original published research work in the standard medical journal as approved by PM&DC. Diploma holders shall be considered only when persons with higher qualifications like D.Sc., Ph.D., M.Phil are not available.

Faculty of Management Sciences:

POST		QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
1.	Professor	Ph.D. in the relevant subject with 12-years teaching/research experience including 5 years experience as Associate Professor in a recognized institute of higher education/research or professional experience in a national or international organization. Eight (8) research publications in journals of national and international repute. Or **First Class Master’s Degree in the relevant field. 12-years teaching/research experience including 5 years experience as Associate Professor in a recognized institute of higher education/research or professional experience in a national or international organization. 8 research publications in journals of national and international repute.
2.	Associate Professor	Ph.D. in the relevant subject with 7-years teaching/research experience including four (4) years as Assistant Professor in a recognized institute of higher education/research of professional experience in a national or international organization. Five (5) research publications in journals of repute. Or **First Class Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 10-year’s teaching/research experience including four (4) years as Assistant Professor in a recognized institute of higher education / research or professional experience in a national or international organization. Five (5) research publications in journals of repute.
3.	Assistant Professor	M.Phil or Ph.D. in the relevant subject with 3 years teaching/research experience as lecturer in a recognized institute of higher education/research or professional experience in a national or international organization. Due consideration shall be given to research publications. Or *First Class Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with 5-years teaching/research experience as lecturer in a recognized institute of higher education/research or professional experience in a national or international organization. Due consideration shall be given to research publications.*

** Note:

a) First Class / First Division mentioned in transcript / degree

b) Sixty percent marks obtained under the annual examination system or 75% marks obtained under the semester system.

c) In the case of M.Phil or higher qualification, the condition at (a) and (b) above will not be applicable.

d) For the subject of English, candidates having 50% marks for above shall be eligible for appointment.

e) For the subject of computer science, candidates having 65% marks or above under the semester system shall be eligible for appointment.

Administration:

POST		QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
1.	Registrar	Master’s degree with 15 years experience of working in an institution of higher learning; Must be well conversant with university administration.
2.	Deputy Director (Sports)	Master’s degree in Physical Education with outstanding career in sports, minimum 8 years experience of organizing games and sports at University Level. The responsibilities would include overall planning, supervision and implementation of sports at university level.
3.	Deputy Director (Solar Lab.,)	Master’s degree with ten (10) years experience as Officer.
4.	Deputy Registrar (Purchase)	Master’s degree with ten (10) years experience as Officer.
