Student Affairs

The Directorate of the Student/External Affairs is an integral and important unit of Hamdard University. In general, the Directorate looks after the varied needs of students from entry to graduation, and helps in creating an enabling environment for them to succeed academically and as engaged citizenry. The guiding philosophy of the Directorate is to educate students outside of class rooms.

While the students` experience within the classroom and the achievement of academic goals are the prime responsibility of the academic staff, the Directorate of Student/External Affairs plays a central role in facilitating the individual development of a student, participation in the campus community and other values-driven activities. The Office also acts as students` guide and advocates to make the University experience, a pleasant one.
